The Perenquen is a beautiful property in the green north of Tenerife. It is also conveniently located to explore the island, and It is a 12 minutes drive from Puerto de la Cruz and a 15 minutes drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This one bedroom apartment has a private patio and is located right next to the swimming pool. It comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay. It also has a 43” Smart TV, an outdoor table, and 2 lounge chairs to relax while enjoying the beautiful views and weather. The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family. You will have free access to the heated swimming pool, tropical garden, sun loungers, and washing machine (in the laundry room).
