Guests can also use the building’s heated pool and, for an additional fee, the shared laundry room with washer and dryer.

Restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop are nearby, with easy connections to central Puerto de la Cruz. The Botanical Gardens and La Paz viewpoint are a short distance away, while Martiánez and Bollullo beaches can be reached on foot along the coast. The town centre is also within walking distance, and street parking is usually available nearby.
