This fully equipped and bright apartment offers wonderful views of the sea and the Martiánez coast, including the beach and the Lagos Martiánez saltwater pools. Few accommodations have the privilege of having such a wonderful view right outside your window. The studio is spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The building has a fantastic swimming pool, and there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee). Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or need a quiet environment to work, thanks to the Wi-Fi connection, this is the perfect choice. Located in the residential district of La Paz, close to its famous viewpoint and just minutes from the Botanical Gardens, there are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area, a supermarket, and a bus/taxi stop with direct connections to the center of Puerto de la Cruz just 1 minute away. The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are just an idyllic walk along the coast. The building is located in an area of Puerto de la Cruz with excellent transport links, making it easy to arrive and depart by car and usually easy to find parking. There's a taxi stand and a bus stop (guaguas) nearby. The center of Puerto de la Cruz is also a pleasant walk away.
