This property is south-facing, so it receives plenty of sun and light and is quite warm in winter. Ideal for enjoying the evenings outdoors, sunbathing, or reading a book, which is very pleasant thanks to the excellent climate in this area. 

We are located in the exclusive La Paz urbanization, just a few steps from the famous Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz. This cozy accommodation features a large living-dining room with a double bed, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the terrace. An added value for our guests is the use of the residential complex's heated swimming pool, set amidst lush gardens. There is free parking on site. Our accommodation is located in a residential complex with a swimming pool, in the beautiful La Paz area, just steps from the Botanical Garden. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus/taxi stop just minutes away, with direct connections to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. This is a great base for exploring the island or enjoying beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We will send you check-in instructions one day in advance.
