The Perenquen is located in an area called “Puntillo del Sol", which owes its name to the number of days the sun shines a year! It is also conveniently located to explore the island, and It is a 12 minutes drive from Puerto de la Cruz and a 15 minutes drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This spacious two-bedroom penthouse has been recently renovated and features great views of the ocean and mountains, and a very large private terrace. It has an outdoor sitting room area and lounge chairs to enjoy the views. Next to the kitchen it features a protected outdoor space to have meals while enjoying the beautiful weather. It comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay and a 55” smart TV. A private jacuzzi is available at additional charge (please inquire). The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family. You will have free access to the heated swimming pool, tropical garden, sun loungers, and washing machine (in the laundry room). Also included is high speed internet access (1GB fiber optic) and parking.
