El Durazno is one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto de la Cruz. Located above the Botanical Gardens, it is a short drive from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. If you are using a car, you will have no problem parking near the accommodation. And if you simply want to take a stroll, it only takes about ten minutes to reach the La Paz neighborhood, with a large number of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is on the same street, about a 5-minute walk away. Calle Trevina is a very quiet street and neighborhood. You can always take a car and take a good stroll around the neighborhood or simply explore it on foot. There are a few restaurants, a bar, and a botanical garden nearby. The nearest beach is called Playa de Martiánez and is about 2 kilometers away.
